I selected this company bc of their reviews. When I called for an estimate on a tree trimming service, I was instructed to send an email. Well that was two weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. I called after 4 days of not hearing back and was told by the receptionist that she was not in charge of that email and she would let the person in charge know.
