Recently had a job done with LP, wasn’t totally satisfied with it, so I reached out to the person who worked the job and didn’t have a pleasant exchange with them. So my husband and I will have to do the work that was not fully done.
my technician, Zach kept me informed via text that he arrived and was taking care of the first treatment this year. He also informed me via text that his job was completed and he was leaving and to contact him if there were any questions or concern. Very professional.
