We used Lawn Outlaws in 2022. The service was basic, but acceptable. However, in November when the weather changed the business owner stopped servicing our yard. Not a huge problem, but we were set up to pay automatically. So we paid for several weeks of services we never received. This is also not a problem. With good customer service, it is a trivial thing to overcome. So, I called him and texted him to see if we could either have service or get refunded.
