When I discovered my sprinkler control box had been seriously damaged, a friend kindly called John at Lawn & Order on my behalf....and I'm so glad they did. Just met up with one of your workers…just had a talk with him . Extremely polite. We asked him some questions about the area (not being from here) he was so polite and informative. If he is representing your company by his mannerisms…I’d hire your company in a minute!!!!
Absolutely horrible. Residential areas are not bagged so the grass is not cut properly. It’s outrageous.. what a crap company. Any true landscaping company would bag the grass in a residential area. Since most people have dogs and feet there are globs of grass clippings coating the sofa, carpet, bed, and car every day that has to be cleaned up. They should be sued. Maybe i will do that.
