I will talk about the human factor, unfortunately found less and less today. I was stuck by the side of the street, deep in snow and their plow truck passed me by, was clearing the street BUT then he turned around and returned to help me for a good time to get my car out!! He did not have too, he could had just turned away and let me there for a few hours waiting for the fully booked tow trucks but he cared. That’s what does make great professionals, they care! Thanks Lawn & Order

They dumped snow over my car and damaged the drivers side mirror in the process. It took about an hour to dig my car out in the process and they have avoided all my calls. They have also ignored the emails and phone calls from my landlord.

I work at a hotel in town and lawn and order does some plowing for us and we have to help keep up on it too ...I've done snow removal for many years before working at the hotel and I wanna say what a poor job they do I'm in awe ..... plowing snow back up onto the sidewalks when doing the parking lot after they were already cleared by me ....shrinking sidewalks a little each time they plow ....missing some spots completely at times ....leaving an inch of snow packed down on the sidewalks by thier 4 wheeler which makes it much... read more
