Unfortunately my experience with Lawn Ninja was not a good experience. The concrete retaining walls were left crooked to the naked eye. I was told that they do in fact have leveling tools, however, it’s obvious that they were not used when doing to retaining walls. I was not given a reason as to why this happened, other than it should not have. The options that I was given to fix, were to tear out the walls, and have them re poured separate from the pad. Lawn Ninja did an awesome job landscaping our entire backyard in March of 2024. They doubled the size of our patio slab, installed sprinklers/sod/rock perimeter, and planted some trees/plants/shrubs. KJ and his crew completed our project within the estimated time frame and kept us informed along the way. I recently hired Lawn Ninja to replace a cracked patio slab with a larger slab. They were highly responsive, quick to get me on their schedule and were priced reasonably compared to other estimates. Everyone who came to work on the project was friendly and respectful of our space. Highly recommend!
