Don't know them well, but they seem like a great, easy going team from experiences so far. It's perfect for what you would expect from a family owned business.
They sent a form email / quote instead of responding with a personalized email to the personalized questions I had sent them. Instant no.
Unprofessional/childish. Avoid.
Not easy to work with. Product shown and then selected , suddenly informed that’s not available and then the up sale on a more expensive product. Quotation on a type of stone, then a later quote on a much higher price for the same stone two weeks later. The customer is not #1. I would not recommend at all.
Nice truck running a red light on portage west at the automatic. Way to represent your company.
