HORRIBLE. Do not call! The lady answering the phone will yell at Your right off the bat: forget it. When You put people like this in Your office, they set the tone for Your business. No thanks! I had to hang up on her so rude. I asked about a cut and she immediately started yelling at Me on the phone about contracts. She was upset with Me about inquiring for services. Not how You run a business. I have a business degree and have always worked for small businesses.
Horrible experience. Twice in one year Lawnmasters (my neighbors fertilizer/lawn maintenance provider) has torn up my yard because of their pure laziness. A stand-on/self propelled spreader is not needed on a .3 acre lot. Twice this year their technicians have tore up my yard because they didn’t want to use the hand-push spreader that is mounted to their trucks. Terrible service & do not recommend! They barley cut the grass and do absolutely zero weeding. My grass is also still so high even after they “cut it”. Finally the last straw was this week when I was home for the holiday. They showed up and NEVER got out of the truck. They parked and then left and never came back but I was emailed saying it was done. When I complined I was sent GPS tracking to “prove” they did it.
