The first service was 1/2 completed. My service provider ignored my Lawn Love app text. Service was scheduled the next week. They no showed. Then reset the next day - no showed. I tried to cancel the service. The app will not allow you to cancel service until service has been provided three times - like it or not. I have to allow two more services before I cancel. I tried to completely remove my account. The app will not allow you to do this.

Customer MICHAEL WINTER your yard WAS complete! MY company PULLED weeds including your wife's flower bed AND sprayed and WE have pictures of before and after. We were going to come back and respray if it rained and it did not. Yes you paid CASH because you did NOT sigh up through lawn love, you asked for a QUOTE ONLY! We hired a landscaper (SKY LANDSCAPE, JIMMY and BRANDI ALVARADO) to spray and pull weeds. The landscaper sprayed, took the money, and did not return the following week as promised to pull the weeds and complete the job. Lawn Love denied any responsibility and refused to help in any way other than reaching out to the landscaper. The landscaper told them that the job was complete and despite my documents, pictures, and text messages with the landscaper which showed that the landscaper was LYING, they sided with the landscaper.... read more
