We hired a landscaper (SKY LANDSCAPE, JIMMY and BRANDI ALVARADO) to spray and pull weeds. The landscaper sprayed, took the money, and did not return the following week as promised to pull the weeds and complete the job. Lawn Love denied any responsibility and refused to help in any way other than reaching out to the landscaper. The landscaper told them that the job was complete and despite my documents, pictures, and text messages with the landscaper which showed that the landscaper was LYING, they sided with the landscaper.... read more
Despite my concerted efforts, I have been unable to receive satisfactory service. The last three service providers arrived with cars instead of trucks, and their equipment was stored in the trunk. One provider left midway through the job, and another returned two days later. Upon thorough inspection, it became apparent that they had not cleaned up after the service.
