Nearly impossible to every get ahold of anyone here. Not sure if it’s new ownership, but they used to be a decent company.
Zero response. Does that qualify for 1 star? Three calls. Waited 4 days. Weird. Seriously why not just remove your listing. 4th call, Called Kinnickkinnick. They solved the issue within 30 minutes. Super friendly and professional and responsive. Yea! Yard no longer burning up. We'll done! Thanks Kinnickkinnick. Great SERVICE.

Said they could handle my lawn plus the weeding. I asked them not to mow a specific area. They mowed the part I did not want mowed and did not weed then just stopped showing up. They did not return voicemails or emails when I tried to figure out what was going on. If you aren't on property to supervise their work then I would steer clear of this company.
