They arrived 15 minutes after our 1st patients arrived. There was 5 inches of snow in the parking lot. We had already shoveled the sidewalk. They didn’t put down ice melt so we had to go to the hardware store to purchase & spread on sidewalk for safety. Parking lot wasn’t plowed well
Tech was untrained, so broke main water valve by overforcing, and did not close valve to house, then blew high pressure air into indoor plumbing since tech didn’t know what he was doing. Blasted dirty water all over house, had to replace two water heaters and water pump. Water pipes are not made for 200 psi. THEN they charged me $1375 to repair what they broke! They once were reputable now awful.
