We have been trying to get in contact with this company for over a year and a half. So far we have not heard anything back from Lawn Haven. Trying to lay my Father and my now my Mother's ashes to rest at the mausoleum plots that were purchased in 1964. We are so very frustrated that no one returns our calls or texts. At this point, we truly doubt that they are still ours. Plus, the price to take the marble plates off is much more expensive that originally quoted.

Melinda and staff at Lawn Haven (Revere Cemeteries) are impossible to get a hold of. We cannot schedule an appointment with them because their mailbox is always full and they will not call back. A family member, a world war ll veteran, was buried in 2023 but still doesn’t have a headstone. The VA confirmed an error on lawn haven’s paperwork and stated that they, too, have reached out to the cemetery multiple times and have yet to receive a response. If you want to add frustration to grief then feel free to use Lawn Haven.

Update 1/27/2026 STILL WAITING .😡 We are still waiting over 2 years to get my dad’s passing date put on his head stone. Several others are having the same issue. No way to call or ask about it. Very upset.

Melinda, has been an angel. Very helpful and understanding. People complain that the grass isn't kept up with correctly...look at the weather, The grass is dry everywhere. Maybe people should visit their loved ones and put new flowers to keep the resting places nice and neat. That is not entirely the cemetery staff's responsibility. They do what they can.
