This lawn care company has truly exceeded my expectations. They not only deliver exactly what they promised, but they also go above and beyond. For example, whenever they notice something in my backyard—like fallen branches or dried/dead limbs—they take the initiative to clean it all up. If they see an area that could be improved, they kindly point it out and ask if I would like them to take care of it. Joe and Dawn are very responsive, and delightful to work with. I received a reasonable quote for extensive work on my lawn and beds. . They even sent a crew out on Sunday! I would highly recommend them.
Called for new service. Told me to wait for Joe to come in. Asked them for pricing. Told me Joe will see and give me estimate. Waited for 3 days. Morning of appointment called me and send me a quote for 6k. Why to keep me waiting if you could charge me ridiculous amount of money without Joe coming. I purposely asked Joe to come in. His explanation was “busy season, time is money “. What about other people time or money. Liars and poor customers service
