We have been customers for several years. At some point the team wasn't showing up regularly anymore. Since then we have tried all sorts of ways to terminate our services with them with no success. Phone calls, voice mails, and emails are all ignored and unreturned. No one shows up to service our lawn anymore but we are still getting charged. We even changed our card because of them and they still have somehow been charging us to the new card! Stay away at all cost.
I am a current client and have been for many years. I have left five messages over the past two months for this company and emailed them twice with questions, only to have them returned as undeliverable. Guys keep showing up to do the lawn and I keep getting billed every month. I want to discontinue services, but not sure how. Maybe I should just not pay the bill and wait for someone to finally contact me? Find someone else to do your lawn.
No phone calls returned, paid for weed control, horrible crabgrass and weeds in lawn. The grass cutting and shrubbery trimming service is great, however.
Has anyone been able to contact this company? I have been trying via calls and emails for over a month with no response. Have they gone out of business?
I order my pine straw from Lawn Envy every year. Great price, quality, and on time delivery, every year!
