I have been a customer for 5+ years now and continue to be very pleased with the look of my lawn with their services. For years I constantly battled Crabgrass, Moles and weeds and since being a customer the total hands off approach has been super and the lawn looks so good. Thanks Lawn Doctor!
I will say that the lawn doctor killed every weed in my yard and came out a second time to handle heavy crab grass. Pricing for the seeding of new lawn is absolutely horrible. I can rent an aerator and high quality seed for less then half what you quoted me after I looked into it.Stop taking advantage of people before you loose business. Keep lawns great !
Excellent business they show up when they say and all their employees are very nice. It’s only my first year with them so I’m sure next season my lawn will be beautiful. It’s already starting to turn green and nice.
This is our 3rd year using Lawn Doctor. I’m not quite satisfied with the results I’ve gotten so far. The first year was the best in 2023. They transformed my lawn, got rid of weeds and the lawn was lush and looked like a carpet. We received many compliments and neighbors began to hire lawn services to compete. In 2024 it seems like they took a step backwards. Service from this company is not what it used to be. They have gotten too big too quickly and don't have the equipment or staff to support the amount of business. I get text messages and emails about service dates. They don't show up on the date provided in these messages yet deducted the service amount from my prepaid account. Had to call to get that fixed. They did not complete all the prepaid services for 2024 and now I am stuck with a credit on my account. I am not recommending them based on how poor things have gotten o... read more
