Service from this company is not what it used to be. They have gotten too big too quickly and don't have the equipment or staff to support the amount of business. I get text messages and emails about service dates. They don't show up on the date provided in these messages yet deducted the service amount from my prepaid account. Had to call to get that fixed. They did not complete all the prepaid services for 2024 and now I am stuck with a credit on my account. I am not recommending them based on how poor things have gotten o... read more
I have tried a lot of companies before but I have been very pleased with Lawn Doctor. They are always on time with 24 hour notice. I am even more impressed with the technician, Maison. Incredible attention to detail, will answer any questions you have and is extremely thorough. Great company.
Maison Ramirez is simply the best! He is incredibly hard working and conscientious. I trust my property to him and his company unreservedly.
Brian and his team at Lawn Doctor are fantastic! I have been using them for years and been super happy with how green and healthy my lawn has turned out. I can't thank them enough!
