Said they put grass seed down, did not see a difference in my lawn, but got a bill anyway , it's easy to see why they are rated low

It's impossible to get a customer service representative on the telephone at the Lancaster office. I have tried for weeks to reach them and they do not return telephone calls. This has been an ongoing issue for a year. The lawncare service is not the best as we have seen no improvement or difference in our lawn since we hired them, most recently in the powerseeding service. I do not recommend. Use a local company or a larger more reputable company.

Had the yard airiated and power seeded last fall and had the fall and winter service as well as the spring service this year . The grass really looks bad and there are many dead spots . $1200 wasted ! No one ever answers the phone and the answering system is messed up .

We used this for the first time last summer and were very pleased with the results! We had weeds and uneven grass and it looked significantly better after one - two treatments. We will be using them again this year.

This company has not been accommodating to my family's lawn care service needs. They are rude and unresponsive on the phone. Save yourself the hassle and find another company to use.
