My husband and I phoned Lawn Care Plus Ohio and spoke with Patrick about removing the snow from our driveway. He accepted the request and dispatched his employee, Javier, to clear the snow. He arrived within 30 minutes, got right to work, and completed the task in less than an hour, clearing the packed snow. My driveway was cleared well beyond my expectations. I spoke with Patrick about cleaning up our yard which was very overgrown and out of control. He accepted the job and made every effort to comply with a difficult scheduling on our part. The results were wonderful and the yard looks great! I highly recommend him!
I think it was the owner who called me back, the worst experience I've had for weeks with a stranger over the phone in a while. During the start of the call everything was fine, I was just going over my lawn needs (I was originally looking for a bi-weekly mow, but honestly I don't have much experience in lawn care). I asked if bi-weekly was ok and that's when he started acting extremely defensive and aggressive.
