UPDATED TO RESPOND TO OWNER RESPOSE: The backyard was not locked, it was completely dry that day (though the sprinklers may have made the side yard wet), but more importantly, I called that day and was told someone would come back out to complete the yard. 8 days later, no one ever came back and I cut it myself. Lawn Care of Saint Johns did a great job on our first service. I had reached out for 3 quotes and they were the first company to respond and with a reasonable quote. The signup process was very easy and Phil was so kind by getting us serviced right away. Truly looking forward to a reliable lawn care service. Beautiful job and my husband was so very thankful to get home from a long day at work and not have to mow! Thank you!!
BEWARE !! Unfortunately haven’t had the best service they have destroyed my grass and cut it way to low I spoke to owner to replace he ignored calls for a few days and wouldn’t respond don’t walk run still trying to cancel contract and now no one answers …. I have more weeds and dandelions than I ever had the workers don’t speak english well still waiting on response for 7 days now BEWAREEEE
Your company has been doing our lawn for the past couple of months. Yesterday, we had the best service! The tech did a great job on the lawn and landscaping and he blew off the back porch perfectly. But what was most impressive was that he found five dollars somewhere by our front lawn area, and he put it in a food order bag that my friend had just dropped off for us. This company was good in a pinch. I needed help quickly. Thank you for that. Regarding on-going service, I was disappointed. I contracted for FULL service. I did not receive full service. My beds should have been weeded. They were not. This is my biggest complaint. THERE WAS NO WEEDING OF BEDS !!! I was also promised mulching of beds. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN, not even once.
