Worst lawn service I’ve ever dealt with. The cut is uneven, the edges are a mess, and they don’t even bother to blow the clippings. It looks like kids playing with lawn mowers instead of professionals. Total scam and complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE August 2025 Another win for Lawncare of St. Johns. Today, there was one young man, Aaron, doing our lawn (typically there are 2 guys), I went outside to give him a Gatorade and noticed he had done something that they other crews have never done. I have 2 Lawn Chairs standing up in the corner leaning on the fence to keep them in the sunny area (so they don’t mold). Been using the service for approximately 3 months. Family and I came from vacation last week and noticed the hedges haven't been trimmed in over a month. We see the guys mowing outside and told then about it. The first excuse was that their trimmer was broken, and the would come back later that day - no call no showed. Then we tried getting a hold of Phil, who doesn't bother to answer his phone. Even if he did, he'll just tell you something and never pull through with it. UPDATED TO RESPOND TO OWNER RESPOSE: The backyard was not locked, it was completely dry that day (though the sprinklers may have made the side yard wet), but more importantly, I called that day and was told someone would come back out to complete the yard. 8 days later, no one ever came back and I cut it myself.
