Highly disappointed with this company. They lack both quality of service and professionalism / decency. In the 3 months I had them, they skipped 4 weeks at least of care and still charged for it. They also did a bad job, resulting in HOA complaints about my yard and bushes. When I brought this up with the owner, he didn’t fix the situation and then skipped the next week of service. He finally gave me a refund of only one week and refused to refund any more despite them taking my money and doing nothing. I cancelled it today ... read more
The lack of communication and accountability it’s astounding. I’ve had to complain to Phil multiple times about various different things that never got rectified. He admitted to us that our yard was in bad condition and he fired the people previously “taking care” of it. Excuses. 2 weeks go by and our yard does not get touched. We reach out and he says that he thought we canceled so they did not come to do the yard. More excuses. If you’re looking for dependable lawn service, I recommend looking elsewhere. I contacted this company a month ago about cleaning up my fence line and never received a response. I followed up via text to ask if it could be handled during the next visit, and he said his crew would take a look when they arrived. I was told they would come on Monday, then later that was changed to Tuesday—but no one showed up either day. They finally arrived on Wednesday, after I had already canceled my service.
