Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They destroyed my grass, both the front lawn and backyard. I asked them numerous times both over the phone and email to not use their big machines in my yard, and to use the hand spreaders instead since it is sloped and retains water easily. They continually brought their big machines all over the property. Ripping up the grass and leaving mud, tire tracks and debris all over. Poor service. Don't return calls, don't show when they say they will. Lack of attention to detail. The one thing they were good at was sticking a lawn buddy sign on my front without even asking. I'm moving on to another service

If there was an option for no stars, then that’s what I would choose. My lawn has never looked so terrible, stay away from this company. The prices are cheap for a reason and the fertilizer is watered down clearly because my grass is either burnt or tons of weeds are all over. Not satisfied, they never offered money back, or to fix actually fix the situation, instead they tried to sell me a new package!!
