Hired Ivan for a few years. Weekly lawn care, turned to biweekly, to not showing up. He was paid each month for weekly service then stopped showing up after being paid in full. Zero response to calls and text messages. I finally Texted him his service was no longer needed. He was paid for full month and never showed up. Do not waste your time. We relied on him to do my house where my elderly mother in law resided and Ivan is not reliable. But he certainly took our money
