After years of business and referrals, I was charged $400 for a diagnosis of a warranty repair (a diagnosis that was already confirmed and was the reason why they were called in the first place). I paid and had the system repaired under warranty. Then within the year recently, I was double charged for a $39 promo using a card I asked them not to use without my authorization.
