Ive been taking my 2017 F150 to Lawley **** for ************************ changes, inspections etc) since I moved to the area in 2021, 1-2 x a year. Ive been extremely happy. Theyre flexible, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. The staff are expedient and communication is top notch. The other day when I brought it in, they implemented new means of communication so I can see the status of the inspection prior to any work being done. Again, extremely happy!

We moved here five years ago and I have had my 2017 **** Edge serviced at Lawley **** the entire time. They have always been kind, professional, and taken good care in maintaining my vehicle. Today was no different.

Terrible place. Took my **** 350 in they charged me $13,000.00 took it all the way to the short block for repairs. ***** miles later the engine failed. They take no responsibility none. They said an injector failed. I have an email from them that states they are good no need to replace them. Now they want $17,000.00 to replace the engine. Criminal thats what this says. I was told never to take your truck there but I have always trusted **** dealerships. My truck has only been worked on at ****. Never ever did I think this wo... read more

Our service manager and general manager have been in touch with our customer regarding his concerns with his 2005 model year truck. With an older and/or high mileage vehicle, we can never anticipate an injector failing. Our service manager has offered him some repair options that he is considering, while at the same time our sales team is searching for a replacement truck that might satisfy his needs. I bought a car April 12th, drove the car off the lot and thought everything was handled. It wasn't. They apparently lost paperwork. They asked me repeatedly for paperwork I had already provided to them before I even got to the dealership to buy the car. They didn't send the loan documents to the loan company for weeks. I didn't even have an account number for my car loan until less than a week before my payment was due. I went to Lawley ********* to diagnose why my check engine light appeared. I was informed that my car had a coolant leak and it would be a five-day repair when parts arrived. When the parts arrived, I was informed the repair had started. However, this repair took three weeks to repair. Every week the repair was delayed for various reasons with very little explanation. The reasons I was given for the delays were: waiting for a repair bay, the mechanic was having difficulties with the repair, and slow progress. My frustration ... read more

Customer ******** brought in a ************************************************************* wheel ***************** repairs and an engine replacement. These repairs spanned over many weeks costing thousands of dollars and the repair order was not closed until August 11th, at which time we are posting our reply. Went to look at a truck and was informed that due to Tucson and Phoenix taking on the business model of charging required fees, that Lawley followed suit. We were told that the sticker price was, in fact, no the final price. They charged $599 for a "Karr Alarm" and $1,995 for "detail and safety" -- both listed under accessories in the full price break down. We asked if we could opt out of both and were told not. Apparently these fees used to be included in the sticker price and they were "following suite" of other dealership... read more
