Ed Morse did the right thing. Thank u, Wes, you now have another person who will use your place of business, because YOU did the right thing. This location (and others) will no longer take any vehicles that have Endurance insurance, because Endurance LIED, they said they would cover the repair, then became flippant and very unprofessional over the phone. They don’t do a full service for transmissions i found out on accident
My 2020 Nissan Altima wouldn't start without a jump, so we took it in. We were first told that the time we arrived is their busiest time, and they suggested a better time that would have the vehicle seen in a more timely manner. I appreciated that so much! We took the vehicle to a nearby automotive store that tested the battery, and we were told that the battery was bad, as was the alternator.
