Came in to the service center for the first time to get an oil change on my new truck and I can’t say I will be coming back I was already a bit hesitant and when the person checking me in made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and like he was yelling at me I no longer wanted to be there. Hope he can see when people feel uncomfortable to not yell at them.
I bought a 2025 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid from this location. The staff are in my opinion are fantastic. The thing is though they have a backlog of cars in their shop waiting for repairs. Before buying a car from this dealership you might want to consider buying from a different dealership in case your car ever needs service?
I took my truck in with one issue and one concern - issue fixed and concern checked out. They were over the top in customer service and provided me a ride. Ed Morse has my trust and my business. Thank you, Lorie and Julie. You all rock!
We were getting ready to head back to Texas, and needed an oil change. Lori got us an appointment and they took great care of us. We had some interaction with Anthony what a very nice young man.
