David was great. Couldn't have planned a better experience. Very friendly and seemed to actually care about what I wanted. Took everything into consideration when I talked about the truck that I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the truck when I had a question. Great experience. Guys like him are the reason I'll look to come back when i eventually start car shopping again. The finance guy was quick and efficient. Smooth finish to the purchase.
I took my 2024 3500hd in for an oil change. During the oil change, they performed the "Intermittent Loss of Trailer Brakes." Recall. After they worked on it, I am getting the loss of trailer brakes message all the time. I have towed the trailer over 10K miles in the last 5 months without an issue. When I called them, they told me it's my trailer and not the work they did. In addition, if I wanted them to look at it, I would have to pay for the mechanics time. I had an appointment for an oil change for my Vette at 2:30 I got right in, and less than an hour it was finished. Christian took great care of me and my Vette, the lube team did a great job. Herb the service manager is very nice and has good people working for him. Thanks for giving my Vette special care. Ed.
