Been receiving great customer service for over 15 years plus. Bought all of our vehicles there
I was called by the company to set up an appointment for a free multi point inspection. so I made the appointment. I wasn't having anything else done. I dropped off my truck they asked what I was having done I told them they seemed frustrated that was my only request. they sent by text the report of what they found. it had small things on there like needing new air filters and coolant flush and a couple of other small things that I could do cheaper so I opted out of them doing and of the work. We almost bought a brand new Equinox EV from them, but I am glad we didn't. They do not have certified EV technicians to service the vehicle. When they were trying to sell an EV to us they did not mention that they could not provide warranty service for an EV. Do not buy a Chevrolet EV if you live in Sierra Vista. The closest Chevrolet tech is in Tucson at O'Reilly Chevrolet. We bought an EV Bolt that was still under warranty (not from Ed Morse) but the GMC roadside assistance will only take you 24 miles.
