I generally only like to leave positive reviews on google but this has really irritated me the past few days. My dad's car's aircon stopped working while he was visiting us so a friend of mine recommended Lawler. We took the car around and dropped it off for a quote the next day. Honestly really terrible service here, I booked my car in i get the problem diagnosed and they quote me like $2400.00 because an aircon hose had split and was leaking gas. 1 they didn’t even send me the quote I asked for on the day, I then had to ring again and ask for another quote to be sent threw to me.The lady said I remember you and didn’t even want to know my email address for the quote to be re-sent threw, didn’t even know my name or anything…. she said oh yes i remember you ill ask her to send it threw again, which o... read more
