I had to use my other account to give an update that the waxing burn left by Lilly has left a permanent hyperpigmentation mark which will require me to go to a dermatologist and get treatments and creams worth tons of money which could take months to years, all for 2 mins of carelessness. I can’t even look at any pictures of myself anymore because it looks like I always have a mustache. I had got my upper lip waxed by Lilly and I had in return received a terrible wax burn which left a dark mark on my upper lip. I got my upper lip waxed for years and this has never happened to me. They seem to be careless with simple tasks like waxing the upper lip, so now I have to suffer with a permanent black mark above my upper lip that looks like a permanent mustache. Images are attached below. I will not be returning.
I had haircut and waxing with Lilly, it was a great experience. She did amazing work and I would recommend her to anyone.
Lilly does a great job in threading. Would highly recommend that you come here for threading. Service is always the best and very fast, it is for sure one of the better salons out in the area.
