My daughter has been wearing a TLSO for almost 2 years now. Dr. Ruben and his staff have been amazing when it comes down to bedside Manor and interactions with my child. Explaining the importance of wearing the brace / compliance you need to avoid surgery. You don't wish for anyone to have to go through wearing medical devices. But if it must be done, this is the staff you want to do it with. Highly Recommend Dr. Ruben / Lawall P&O
Josh is amazing always making sure my sons leg braces are always fully functioning correctly and whenever we have a problem he fixes his leg braces right away.
Just the security guy in the main entrance was very rude but other than that everyone was very nice and friendly and the wait was not long at all I definitely recommend this place especially Dr. Ruben he is amazing

I love that the office had many positive reviews but unfortunately for me I had a terrible experience with my 5 week old baby girls. She was fitted there for the ponseti brace at the Orlando location. Us as new parents to a child with club feet we were not educated enough by the staff on what to expect from the ponseti boots. We were told how to put them on and were told not to take them off. If we did take it off it would have to be for an hour a day. The baby was fitted and we went home.
