I was really very pleased with overall services I got and the welcoming of everyone in the store. Natalia did my magic sleek and for the first time in three years, I can say I found someone who know very well what she is doing. She very patient and very professional. My hair came out stunning. Natalia is an amazing colorist. Every time she did my blonde hair it was perfect! Definitely she is my go to for my color and cut.

These are true artists. I came in with very damaged knotted “hair” that was totally bad. They completely restored my hair and my extensions are so good and high quality and real that nobody knows I even have hair extensions. The only people to trust with your hair

Update and response to your reply: Please get your facts straight. I did not call in the morning, I called at 2:01pm. I also requested an appointment at 5:30pm, not 5pm. My uber dropped me off at 5:20pm. YOU in fact told me that you would call me at 4:30pm to let me know if it would be possible for me to come through. You never called. Your apology is weak and insincere and the fact you're trying to justify your behaviour with untruthful remarks adds to my actually justified disdain for your establishment.
