Once they have your money you'll never hear from them again. While they do a decent job, they overcharge and Sunny will never get you the documents you want. Once they've been paid you get minimal work out of them. Especially when coupled with Bailey Smith, the trusts guy, it's going to be an exercise in frustration. The guy puts on a decent presentation but holy moly he's a one trick pony and responsiveness is not his metier. Go elsewhere. Find a firm that's cheaper, has fewer staff and will treat you more personally.
