they would not refund my money after i decided i did not want to take the exam.
LSAC had the audacity to claim that due to my LSAT score, I would inevitably fail out of law school and flunk. Well, I didn’t. I not only survived law school but graduated with a great GPA and great ranking, proving their ridiculous and baseless predictions completely wrong. They are holding hostage $250 and all documents sent to them by the foreign university, claiming that they couldn't validate who sent them. In 2019, I paid additional Fedex international services to have an employee of the university send the documents to LSAC and since then, I have already achieved my LL.M. in the United States, but LSAC still needs to return the documents and the difference of money that was unused. LSAC is not providing students a positive experience. Students are experiencing issues trying to get the LSAT exam scheduled and once they go to take the exam LSAC is failing to provide qualified proctors to administer the exam. You need to be better for the students.
