Mr. Haburcak helped me with my father's estate and selling house after he passed. He was great. Everything was done in a timely manner and was pretty much stress free.
I been waiting for a fair share of an inheritance of property.From several sources, not getting my fair share, then a notice if I don't sign away what is offered me, will be more costs involved. Basically a warning or threat.I discovered the house in question sold for over $200,ooo, not $100,000.
Horrible!! He does not have the best interest of the buyers he deals with! He withholds information and will bully you into choices. After speaking with another attorney we were informed we had several other options than what he had told us, and he clearly is trying to rush through things and just get paid.
