Upon our first communication by phone, Bill Lawson took the utmost care in hearing our story and and quite quickly realised the viability of our case and the importance of making it a case not only about finding justice for us but also ensuring that through the lawsuit, action would be taken to prevent the same tragedy from happening to others.
