I met with Mary Tom to discuss elder law with regard to my mother. We spoke for over an hour about all of my concerns and Ms. Tom answered all of my questions very thoroughly. She has many years of experience on this subject, knows how the various county courts handle them, and has compassion for both the elderly and their family caregivers. Scheduled an appointment for May 2026 in January 2026. Arrived at the appointment at 10:00 am on May 13, 2026 and was told I did not have an appointment. So very discouraging as Ms. Mary Tim was so highly recommended to me by many. There was a lack of effort by the office staff to reschedule.
I have dealt with many lawyers in my professional and personal life and this firm is the absolute worst in my opinion
