Scheduled an appointment for May 2026 in January 2026. Arrived at the appointment at 10:00 am on May 13, 2026 and was told I did not have an appointment. So very discouraging as Ms. Mary Tim was so highly recommended to me by many. There was a lack of effort by the office staff to reschedule.
I have dealt with many lawyers in my professional and personal life and this firm is the absolute worst in my opinion
