Took my mother's money (over $5K) and hasn't done anything to help with her benefits case. She is elderly and on disability so they took advantage of her. Zero communication from the office or Vlad himself about this case. Will file complaints against with BBB, etc. Edit: The response from the business is false. They have never resolved the matter and there was no communication from them. Again complaints will be filed with respective agencies for the office of Portnoy to be held responsible.

I cannot recommend this attorney based on my personal experience. After my son’s father passed away, my son became the beneficiary of a trust and estate. As his parent and guardian, I relied on this attorney to assist with matters involving my son’s assets and court filings. During my experience, I became increasingly concerned about the lack of transparency and communication.
