She is so unprofessional and she had done a ridiculous job regarding my immigration case. She put wrong information on my documents like my name, age and etc. First she gave you information like she is the only one who can do your case easily but once she took money from you. She don't even care like she is not even answering clients call. Someone should take action against her. She took 1600 dollars from me and that's all get useless.
