Tyler was nice over the phone. Never met him in person. He was assigned to me while I was getting treatment in a local hospital. I was hopeful that court was going to go well as I thought we were on the same page. It didn't go well and I tried reaching out multiple times and he never returned my call. I was never given his work cell to actually communicate in real time during the court appt so that wasn't cool.
