I've never had a bad experience with an attorney until Tous. In short, they have lied to me, ignored me and my case and sat on RFA's from my Dr. for a year, all the while claiming they never received it and that my Dr wasn't doing their job. When I provided them with proof of fax to their office, Tous said "well, we did change our fax number." Proof of fax means they received it. They cannot be trusted. If you want a description of Tous and associates, look up the word malfeasance. They are awful.
