I keep getting conflicting information from my attorney, Jesse, and his assistant, Heather. Speaking to Jesse, he claimed that my demand packet was sent 6/16 and that we would have 30 days to get a response. He never called me back. I had to call 3 times on 7/20, over 30 days after, and he stated that I would have an answer at the beginning of this week around 7/22.
