I hired Tom for a divorce case several years ago and I had never had to get a lawyer so I was clueless on the steps you need to take. I put the trust in when you pay someone to defend you. Communication was horrible and when i did see him to was all smoking mirrors. He wouldnt tell me when I was supposed to be in court he expected me to know to look up case net to know when i was supposed to appear. I hired the Law Offices of Tommy Norrid last year to assist me in a very delicate family matter and the service I received from not only him but also his staff, was more than I ever expected. He was genuine, kind, and honest and did not offer unrealistic expectations. I knew going in, it would be a process that would take time. He bills a flat rate as opposed to other attorneys who charge you every time they answer or return your call so it was affordable.
