One star is way too many for how unprofessional this person and his company is. Todd failed to have any communication with me for many months, yet payment was required. I have recently found out some very important information that should be known to everyone. Todd Hilts has been suspended from practicing SEVERAL times. And WHILE SUSPENDED, HE WAS CHARGING FOR SERVICES. This wasn't something we were notified about, which is alarming, as well as illegal.
