It is horrible. I have tried for a month and half to make a payment. I cannot do it through the website does not recognize my reference number and so I phone. I cannot get through the AI or whatever today I was on the phone an hour and a half listening to music before I finally gave up. I give NO stars. Then you are in the wrong for not making a payment. HOW CAN YOU when you have all these stumbling blocks.
I got some letters in the mail, that have a name on it that I have not had legally in 20 years. I tried to use the websites they had on the letter and none of them were valid. I then called, they asked for some personal information to verify me, I would not give them any. The lady I spoke with then proceeded to say, "you called us" I then advised her anyone can answer a phone and say anything they want, that is something we both agreed on.
