So this place garnished my wages last year. Took me a year to pay damn near 7k!! Then they hit me with $335 more after it's been paid off?? This place is a fraud and even the current garnishment paper is inaccurate on the balance paid, so how do I still owe them money, if they are the ones who set the garnishment amount in the first place??? Lying crooks. They purchase loans and then lie and say they’re working for the other company and can’t make deals or work with you. other company says amount is less than what these attorneys state and also say it’s no longer theirs and if it was they would work with ya but these crooks lie lie lie. Then they state they will only take a certain amount and then you find out from HR it’s double what they quoted you. Someone needs to stand up and take action. Got a call from Pam with a reference number, called it back and they told me they didn’t call me? I had a voicemail with a reference number and called the same woman back less than 5 minutes later and was told I was wrong and she was SO rude.
EDIT: OVER THREE YEAR LATER I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN A STAR. CHARGED ME $500 INSTEAD OF $50 AND NOW I HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I currently do not have a phone and I’ve been trying to get in contact for a few days through email. Get the “Someone will be with you shortly” message from the website and haven’t heard back in days. Was also never given any info to log into the website to pay or see my current balance.
