Tim Hayes is a big disappointment to Louise's family. He is forgetful and has little to no foresight. He does not like to be responsible for his actions and will put the blame back on you or others. He writes speculative and dark emails about his "worst fears". Also, What a let down with the drafting of my mother's (Louise's) will documents to the non execution of her estate.
