Thomas Higgins refused for over a year to file a motion that I told him to file. He charged me a ridiculous amount of money to NOT do what he was hired to do, failed to keep in contact with me and keep me updated about what was going on, and then eventually withdrew from my case after taking $10,000 from me and accomplishing NOTHING towards getting my case dismissed. After he withdrew it took a real lawyer only a couple months to get the case dismissed.
Beware of using his service, corrupt as it gets.
