My experience was terrible. Richard tried to get me to settle for 16.67% less than what my settlement resulted. His initial approach " you should settle for $2000 because you could walk away with nothing at court." I replied, "if I don't deserve what I thought, then I was meant to walk with nothing." Ignorance at it's most high, paralegal sounded and acted and was not helpful at all. They need to reevaluate the employees that's answering the calls. People call for help not, and not having to be dealing with bad attitudes.
