HORRIBLE experience with missed meetings. Attorney stated she had surgery and then a subsequence hospitalizations, and she had no back up attorney to help with the case. Asked to wait 1-2 weeks for further instruction. Before I even got a hearing on a simple divorce, I had to switch to someone who was available to actually do the work. The $4500 retainer fee is non-refundable, so she is keeping the remaining $2850 credit balance. Yes, it’s in the contract but she was not able to represent me in a timely manner. Hired her for a custody case. She did absolutely minimal work. Made no arguments on my behalf. Did everything the defense demanded without any push back. Just rolled right over for them. Communication was beyond unsatisfactory. Her sense of urgency was non-existent. All she's out for is a paycheck. Do not hire this woman. Wasted 4k and almost a year of time to achieve absolutely no results in terms of progress. She not only put me at ease, she said she will help me with all that I need and has. She is prompt at returning my calls, discussing my concerns and questions, and very supportive. What a relief!
