Jennifer and her team were the worst legal team we have ever worked with. They sent us documents with errors, rushed our closing process, and charged us for a SELLER requested Use and Occupancy that never moved forward. When I refused to sign until this was moved to the sellers responsibility, I was pressured to sign before 4:30pm that day and said that we could contact Jennifer via email to work it out. Now that I'm 6 months moved into my 2nd home I can confidently say I would never work with this firm again. Absolute nightmare closing on our new home and the fault was due to no one but this firm and their trusted parties. Jennifer was helpful, but everyone - including ourselves, our realtor, the selling party, and their legal representatives were left STUNNED at the ineptitude of this firm.
