I must say that Mr. Labiak really made me feel at ease about the whole process he was very professional and made feel that i was in good hands i would recommend the Law Offices of Stephen Labiak to all my family and friends.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Bankruptcy is never easy, but he made the entire process far less stressful than I ever imagined possible. From our very first meeting, he was incredibly patient, taking the time to walk my wife and I through each step and answered all of our questions.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Stephen did a free consult over the phone which was super helpful. I will be utilizing his services in due time. From our conversation I could tell he was honest, he listened to my situation and told me to wait to file. A dishonest lawyer would have told me to file right away to take my money. Honestly is very important in the big decisions in life, such as financial ones.
