Based on my observations of Attorney Stephanie Bernstein in court and conversations with people who say they have worked with her, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring her for a family law matter. In my opinion, her approach appears combative, financially draining, and more likely to inflame conflict than resolve it. For families already dealing with custody conflict, parental alienation concerns, or children being pulled into adult disputes, I would be especially careful. Stephanie was amazing regarding my custody case. When it comes to a child it’s hard to trust anyone, but Stephanie provided guidance, support, and reassurance. She was honest and did not sugarcoat anything which I loved because it made everything more realistic. I highly recommend her for any of your family court needs.
