I am highly appreciative to this law firm and specifically Giselle Small I really appreciate everything she did for me, never missed a phone call and if I called to late or after hours she would call back first thing in the morning. She always touch base and kept me updated. I don’t think there’s anything more she could have done, VERY professional, She’s the best… Thank You Again Giselle Small.

My case has been going on for 2 plus years ,I've had at least 3 different attorney's and at least 4 paralegals, the first paralegal had no clue of what she was doing. Return phone calls or email responses are rare. My case was supposed to have come to a closure about 2weeks ago , still haven't gotten a follow up response.

My experience was great. Communication was clear and when I needed to ask a question Christine or Kathleen were always there returning calls within 24 hrs like they say. I made it clear from the very beginning that I was only interested in the FULL POLICY no negotiations my attorney Christine stood her ground and got me FULL POLICY! Everything was done seamlessly I am very happy with my outcome. Thank you Sobo & Sobo
