Communication is severely lacking. I emailed in July in regards to my balance because they said they could get me on a payment plan. It is now October and still have not received contact back even though I continuously reach out. So everything I pay goes towards late fees, etc. and my balance only grows never diminishes. This is because they refuse to reach out. They do not proofread and they leave that on you so that you correspond via email on all their mistakes and get charged $45 per email.
